Tim Pearson - Founder & Principal Consultant.
Tim Pearson holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Western Sydney University and brings over 12 years of experience across child, family and community services sector.
Tim’s professional experiences span child protection, out-of-home care, early intervention, family violence and family support, including extensive experience working with children, young people, families, carers and communities. He has worked across rural and remote communities, providing him with strong understandings of unique challenges and opportunities faced by regional and remote service systems.
Tim has held a range of frontline, practices and leadership positions, including working as a Caseworker and Manager with the Department of Communities and Justice, as well as Programs Manager and Acting CEO within an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation.
